FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I receive my shopping voucher?
You will receive your shopping voucher and further information by email after completing the premium consultation. The credit on the voucher corresponds to the value that you paid per room for the premium consultation. When you book the premium consultation for a room for AED 2,500, you will receive a AED 1,000 voucher that can be redeemed for a minimum order value of AED 10,000. The voucher is valid for 30 days from receipt and can only be redeemed once as part of an order process at www.tukadubai.com in the shopping cart upon completion of the purchase. The balance of the voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor interest. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers/promotions and is individually tied to your customer account. The voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part.
Can furniture that I want to keep be integrated?
Of course, we would be happy to include your favorite pieces.
How long do I have to wait for my concept?
After the telephone style consultation, you only wait around 5-10 working days. Meanwhile, your interior designer will create an individual room concept for you.
Do I have to buy everything?
Of course, you only order what you like. However, it might be hard to resist.
Are you also looking for suitable decoration?
The decoration is of course part of the concept.
Do you also set up outdoor ideas?
Of course, we would also be happy to design your balcony or terrace.
Will I only be suggested furniture from TUKA?
Of course, we are very confident in the style and quality of our own products. However, we also suggest products from selected other providers if they are more suitable for your home.
Will I be recommended exact furniture sizes?
Your interior designer will pay close attention to appropriate furniture dimensions that would look best in your room.
Can I also give the interior design service as a gift?
The furnishing service is a very nice and unusual gift idea to make someone happy. You simply purchase the service per room and send us a message. We will then send you a gift voucher to print out.
